cineastes narrative report.

keriiiiiiiiii ba??

ang weird kasi.. lately i have been getting many "wedding" references. haha. is it telling me to go for the job? :) first it was the wedding site which i just stumbled upon, and the bride and groom's story is so wonderful that it sorta made me cry. next was the postseret secret.. and the last is a multiply contact's picture of a wedding ring. haha. pero sa bagay. siguro nga kaya ko lang napansin ang mga yun kasi gusto ko makuha yung trabaho (for more experience and growth diba) kaya na-connect ko siya sa mga wedding chevers na nagaganap serendipituously. anlabo. i'm so unarticulate i hate it. :(

tuition payment this morning was a breeze. so was getting the barangay clearance. unfortunately, applying for and NBI clearance would cost me php115, money that was (and still is) severely lacking in my wallet :( kaya bukas nalang.  kelangan ko pa pala ng id pic, haay. hehe.

CW180 (comicbook writing) prof showed up, and she wasn't the strict teacher I had expected. Hindi naman siya mukhang nakakatakot. Ok lang kung mababa siyang magbigay ng grade, basta matuto ako. At mukha namang matututo ako (ah well desisyon kon aman talaga yun diba) dahil mukhang responsable ang prof na ito. keri lang naman ang requirements. sa tingin ko magiging masaya ang klaseng 'to.. comicbook galore na readings ang bubulaga sakin. hehe. excited na ko sa totoo lang. syet ang bilis kong mag-codeswitch :(

Walang comm120 kanina, so my cineastes orgmates (and comm120 classmates) traipsed to trinoma, ate, and window-shopped. syet gusto ko nang yumaman :( We went back to UP at 4pm, found our Comm140 room, and was ushered to another room where our prof was already discussing classroom stuff. anlabo talaga pag TBA O_o haha. Buti nalang at maaga kami pinauwi. napagod ako ngayong araw na ito kahit na hindi naman dapat. :(

Film 113 and 131 tomorrow. :D I like my classes this sem, except the comm ones ugh >_< Gotta go watch Gossip Girl! ♥

so how lucky am I, really? I sent my resume and letter of intent an hour and thirty minutes late. I wasn't hoping for a positive reply anymore, if any. I checked my mail yesterday, bracing myself for disappointment, but instead I received an e-mail from them - inviting me to the interview! Luckily the interview was re-sched so yes! - I still have a chance :D

I am absolutely excited :D This sem is going to be so much love ♥

I want to treat it as a joke.

it's been a long time since i've felt this kind of pain

But here it is anyway:

Watched twilight with my bestfriend at SM Marikina. Super comfy ng mga upuan, pero hindi ko bet ang ilaw. yes, the red lights illuminating the circle designs was appealing at first, pero nakakairita rin kasi hindi totally black yung sinehan. and, as laurice pointed out, the entrance to the cinema was near the front so the sound of heavy, hurried footsteps could be really irritating. haha. now on to the movie:

Nagustuhan ko siya. haha. wasn't really expecting much, bilang hindi naman ako fan ng libro, and i was just looking for some robert pattinson hotness. :)) I got that, and more. haha dahil cute rin si Jasper (when he's not looking lost) and sometimes, carlisle, kahit na mukhang binabad sa harina ang mga Cullens. :)) Robert has a nice, buff bod. I really prefer his smiling face over his brooding look.. nagmumukha siyang constipated sa ibang scenes tulad nung 'galit' siya kay bella, pero ang kyut talaga niya pag nakangiti. Gusto ko rin yung cinematography - though it's very bluish (reflects the dreariness of forks and the 'coldness' of vampires), there are also scenes with warm lighting, and I'm a sucker for warm lighting :)) Panalo rin yung action sequences tulad ng baseball game at yung james against the other vampires showdown. Ang cheesy nga lang ng ibang lines ('You are my life" , kamon?!) kinilig naman ako sa ibang scenes, tulad nung gazebo scene *spoiler alert!* - yung kiniss ni edward sa leeg si bella under her assumption na kakakagatin na siya.. eee. tsaka yung nakapatong yung mga paa ni bella sa paa ni edward bilang injured si bella at para makasayaw sila.. pati yung scene na sila na at tinititigan sila ng school population, tapos si edward parang, what the hell, might as well - tas inakbayan niya si bella. eee. it's really the simple actions that get to me :D also, nakakakilig ang piggyback rides and the on-top-of-the-tree scenes. ang ganda ng landscape eh. :)) Nitpicks: May continuity errors, tulad nung nasa puno si edward at kinakausap niya si bella na nasa lupa.. tsaka hanggang ngayon hindi ko parin mawari kung bakit sila na-inlove sa isa't isa.. basta pinush nalang na inlove na sila,  wala masyadong development as would-be lovers.. ah but i guess it just reflects the unrationality and spontaneity of being inlove haha (may ganun) pero mas gusto ko talaga yung mga storya na friends muna at onti-onting nadedevelop :)) more on love-at-first sight kasi ang twilight. or second sight, whatever. haha anyway. sana mas gwapo si Jacob nambonggs. haha. ayun lang :)
