> winning 2bu's win an ipod touch valentine promo!! *insert the biggest smile here* it's the first time i joined a contest with a prize this grand, so imagine my surprise and delight when i opened inquirer's 2bu section and saw my name in it! in BOLDFACE!! with printscreens of my winning video :D haha may hangover pa rin ako :)) nakakatuwa pa yung tatay ko kasi dinala niya sa office niya yung dyaryo at pinagkalat sa officemates niya. haha proud father :)) february 14 is truly the best valentines in my 19years of existence :)

> i handed my resume and filled up an application form to Ahead, for a part-time graphic artist position. haha happy kasi kala ko hindi na sila tatanggap bilang antagal na nung job posting na yun. :) but no, heto't may pag-asa pa akong rumaket. hehe.

> bonding with leonard :D because i felt the need to extricate myself from overwhelming astrostuff, i craved for some non-astro company. at super nafulfill naman ni leonard ang craving na yun, haha. bonggang napasaya ang pre-valentines ko, bilang ang gaan-gaan niyang kasama, kadaldalan at kaharutan. Ang sweet pa kasi nagsunken moment kami at may dumaan na nagbebenta ng valentine-y stuff, so i sort of pursuaded him to buy me a heart-shaped balloon. bumili naman siya kahit kuripot siya. haha nakakatuwa kasi ito ang kauna-unahang beses na naktanggap ako ng something valentine-y for valentines. haha nilagyan pa niya ng dedication. nakakatawa pa kasi andaming na-curious sa kanya, haaynaku kung hindi lang kasi parehong lalaki ang hanap namin :))

> UP Fair with Astropips. OK, so the sheer number of rock-throwing and fence-breaking JJs enraged us in this supposed-to-be lovefest (etong friday night pa naman ang pinakaabangan ko for the whole week) but still, in good or bad situations, masaya ako kasama ang astro. haha. with friends like these, who needs valentines dates? :)

> Went to one life to live, a youth service for the Lord. First time kong makapunta kahit na dati pa akong iniimbita ng various up friends, and I'm really glad I did. Last friday's topic was Love, which made me think about my own notions of love and my purpose in this one lifetime i'm living. haha. Kasama ko si Kiel, Rej, at Kuya Atchong dito; it's really more special being able to share this experience with friends :D Ansaya rin nung na-meet ko si Sasa at Karen sa may mainlib entrance at parang sumama ako sa small-group session nila. hindi ako makaalis kasi na-interest ako sa conversation at andami kong tanong at pinapaexplain. hehe. andami ko kasing stressful na iniisip nung time na yun, at nung nagsharing moment kami dun, i really felt enlightened, para bang, "you can get through this, God is with you". hehe. Si Karen yung nag-imbita sakin sa one life to live. :D

> Valentine's date with my parents. Haha. pumunta kami nina nanay, tatay sa sm marikina para bumili ng videocam - yung pampalit ng nawala kong videocam. It kinda hurts knowing that the videocam we're buying could've been mine, if only i wasn't so stupid as to leave behind a videocam in the sunken garden. Oh well, lessons must be learned and I learned mine. haha hindi ko na talaga inaalis sa katawan ko ang bag kong may videocam pag nasa labas. :) ansaya rin kasi binilhan pa ako ng alarm clock na vintage-looking, yung parang may upright judge hammer (google search says "gavel" pala ang tawag dito) na nagooscillate at pinapatunog ang dalawang bell-things na parang tenga ng daga as alarm. dati ko pa talaga nais magkaroon ng ganon, bilang ang hina ng cellphone alarmclock ko. hehe. bumili din kami ng mga tinapay galing sa breadtalk, at syet, uber sa sarap (choco-chip hokkaido at floss yung binili ko) :D

> discovery of BUBUsugin. haha best new resto discovery! :D although di naman siya talaga "resto" (it's more of a sidewalk eatery), it definitely has the ambience of one. ka-hilera niya yung starbak sa may balara, na laging kinakainan ng astropips. this week alone, nakatatlong kain ako dito. infernez sa BUBU umiinterior-design sila ano. at ang maganda pa ay native yung atmosphere.. wooden tables and chairs, banana leaves in rattan plates, yellow lighting enclosed in rattan balls.. ang ganda talaga, lalo na pag gabi. Ansaya pa kasi parang starbak lang ang presyo, 37 for a meal. 10php pa nga ang lugaw e :D Highly recommended ang lugar na ito, parang wala ka sa lugar na daanan ng sandamakmak na jeep at makakalimutan mo ang air pollution na nakapaligid sayo :))

> Ang ganda ng pelikulang Little Miss Sunshine at ng tv show na How I Met Your Mother. haha sarap i-marathon. uberlaughtrip ang dalawang ito, and laughter is good for the heart, diba? syet grabe lang ako magcode-switch nakakainis. haha. damn i miss Friends all of a sudden :)) andami ko nanamang gustong panooring tv shows, like bigbang theory, at tapusin sana ang pushing daisies but but but i don't have time. or i need to make time. haha. makapagmarathon nga after this crazy week.
