So i was watching the 2009 cheerdance competition a while ago, feeling bitter because I could've been there, at Araneta Coliseum, with the pigs, cheering my heart out instead of being stuck at home and watching the contest on television. My tatay and nanay were asleep in the living room, my younger brother was engaged in a computer game, and my kuya was watching with me from time to time. The competition proper started and my Tatay woke, and a few minutes later nanay got up too.  Soon, we were all watching the cheerdance (save for my brother who's still in front of the computer, he has his own world anyway :D ), rooting for our own schools and bashing others when nanay remarked, "Wow kumpleto tayo ngayon!" and then I realize, I wouldn't trade THIS for anything. ♥
